i started to write this idea but my issue is i think there's too much background that the reader needs to know in order to get a full understanding with what's happening.

but im going to keep writing it because i cant think of another idea.

and actually, im writing both stories at the same time. i came up with another one for the contest with a writing prompt. it's about people that get sucked into an It's A Small World clock :p

I know, that's why I picked the prompt :p. It's where weird stuff can happen like in Alice but I can make it my own easily. And, I think I just might through the Doctor in there but we'll see.

i live near the woods too but ive never gotten poison ivy. then again, i dont go into the woods to get wood...we get it free from a family business or something.

We find wood, cut it, chop it, and all of that. How much wood do you get?

If you get a ton free, you should thank whoever is doing that. Most people who get stuff free without having to actually do the job don't realize how much painstaking hours and labor goes into it.

That really goes for wood cutting.

And we don't do it ourselves because you can't just go into our woods and cut trees down. It's a protected forest.

The Muppets almost beat Twilight in the sales, but I heard that Twilight only got a 1 star rating. And that something about a birthing scene caused a bunch of people to get seizures.

Breaking Dawn is complete and utter trash. The book was trash so there's no doubt the movie would be just as crappy, if not worse.

Which makes us all look like a bunch of idiots since Breaking Dawn managed to beat the Muppets which is, from my understanding, a very good movie. And it's because of crap like Breaking Dawn that we get other terrible action movies that are based off of popular franchises like Transformers 2 and 3.

The birthing scene should be the least of people's concerns with that movie. First of all, Edward is a jerk in this movie/book, the plot makes no damn sense and is overly dramatic for no reason, Jacob falls in love with a baby, Bella becomes an ultra Mary Sue, and it's just stupid. And it apparently tries to provide an answer to the controversial topic of abortion. Really? You think you're serious and mature enough to tackle that topic when Jacob can't even keep his shirt on for five seconds? @_@

No I meant the birthing scene had all kinds of flashy strobe light effects, which caused a lot of seizures. I think that's a bigger concern then anything else. It reminds me of the Pokemon banned episode.

I remember reading an article way back when it aired in Japan around 1998 or something that Japanese kids were all dropping into seizures at 8 AMish. Also remember something about the local hospitals being filled with tons of kids suffering the same problems.

I know what you meant and I'm saying Breaking Dawn is such crap by promoting horrible messages and is demeaning towards men and women that a scene that's giving people seizures should be the least of their concerns. people shouldn't even be seeing this movie period as far as im concerned.

and the fact people are having seizures just proves that whoever edited the movie sucks :p because that means that they're probably cutting to different shots too quickly. i dont think its the same problem Pokemon had because Pokemon's problem was the flashing lights. and if Breaking Dawn has flashing lights in a birthing scene then all i can say is wtf.

No I heard about it on the radio. Was something about too much red flashing and strobe light effects.

We normally saw and cut ones that are already dead or had fallen.

^ it doesn't matter. we're technically not allowed to do it because it's not our property. and there's enough people around where even if we tried to do it, someone would see and probably complain.

and in regards to the strobe lights, again, who the hell puts strobe lights during a birthing scene? i mean, i read the book, the birthing scene doesnt take place in a hospital with those fluorescent lights: it takes place in a house. there's no reason for strobe lights to be happening XD

Maybe they were partying hard while she was birthing. If they had done that, that would had redeemed the movie a little probably.
