Yeah, it was really good especially if you like the Flash.

Mai's free comic book day one-shot was terrible.

No it is if you can find one. I went to the comic book store the day after free comic book day and they were still giving away the leftovers for free.

I just want to read it, is it pirated for free :P somewhere? Also decided to dust off my old PSO game and play it. It has some really great music, wish most composers for videogames did work like this.

The youtube user pasted their avatar icon in the footage. So it blocks a lot of the text and art on the far right side. It's just stupid.

The comments are funny as well. I like how people keep saying how this is deep and things like that lol. The daily life of Mai plus the date seemed interesting, but then they tried too hard at the ending. Seemed like they were just trying to rip off from Asami's situation.

Yeah, I thought it was dumb personally. I was expecting Mai to be a bit more badass and go on some sort of journey of self discovery.

I think the way I put what I was expecting sounds stupid but just so you know, it appears way cooler in my head than what I just described :p

I didn't think the whole comic was dumb, just the last part. I wasn't expecting a journey of self discovery. I thought it was going to go a approach like what they did with Tales of BaSingSe.

The whole rebel army thing would be interesting to delve into as well, but not the way they handled it. It's not an uncommon situation for one side of a war to still hold undying loyalty/hatred for their new regime.

Oh see, I was expecting the comic to be longer like how the Superman one they gave out was. This one had to share space with the Star Wars comic so it was shorter. So I was expecting her to maybe be out on the road just traveling as she tries to figure things out. And then something badass happens.

I guess it really isn't all that different from what actually happened, I just wanted something more badass than her working in a flower shop. I mean, I get the flower shop was the least likely place you'd think she would go but....meh.

The whole rebel army thing should have been the conflict of the Promise. but that's just me. I mean, I've seen loads of people expecting there to be some sort of rebel army after the events of ATLA, myself included. That seems like a more logical enemy than the whole Zuko vs. Aang thing again.

But that's just me.

That's what I assumed when I saw the example page of Aang fighting some Fire Nation soldiers. I thought that a plot about some rebel soldiers would be really interesting. Then again they had such potential with the equalists, but halfway through, they screwed it up.

I would had liked the series so much more, had the equalists and benders not been so black and white. And when I think about it, Mike and Bryan aren't that good with endings :P

Korra gets avatar state and all the bending elements without trying/the equalists fall shoddily. Aang goes into avatar state by having a rock poke him/he takes bending away.

The equalists could have easily stayed evil because they were the radicals of their beliefs. But the equalists in a way should have helped Korra to realize the serious issue in Republic City and by fixing the issue, the equalists could have disbanded on their own. or realized how much of a radical amon was.

No I mean I feel they could had worked the equalist in better. The whole non-bender and bender thing was great, but they screwed it up at the ending, by rushing things.

oh, yeah. definitely ruined a decent amount of things by rushing.

Except Pabu, he was the best part of the series.

I think Republic City was the best part of the series.

Obviously those parts were, I was joking.
