Like i said, it's more like a span of 10 because in the 90s they always showed 80s cartoons.

no because the 80s didn't have the 90s but the 90s had the 80s. you're missing an entire generation of toons if you just go by the 80s. 90s you get 90s and 80s. and 90s had Nick's first huge successes in cartoons like Doug, Rugrats, etc.

it doesn't matter when it was created. what matters is when it was shown on television. hence why i said Nick is sort of getting it together again because TeenNick is starting to show cartoons from the 90s again.
