Video Games

i just stopped going because i have a short attention span with video games as is. plus, most of the games i wanted i couldnt get because i didnt have the system for it. that, or i wanted them but it was too late to the point where they were way too expensive to buy.

aka Zelda which i STILL haven't purchased. @_@ that and FFVII but who wants to use the PSN network when it was hacked recently....not me =p

Which Zelda are you talking about? Did you get that new DS thing?

Ocarina of Time and im getting it for the Wii. haven't done it yet.

probably as in: i'll probably get it off the Wii network but as of now I don't know because I don't know how to work the Wii network and I don't know how it costs and I don't know when I'm going to get it.

The only way you could play hers is if you just played it off of her console. You can't save game data. I know it's stupid, but that's how they made the Wii work. You can only save it on the actual console. Memory cards act only as a storage, so if you want to save from a mem-card you'll have to move the entire file over to it, meaning it won't be on the console anymore.

I bought a few things off the Wii Channel. You can buy Wii points at stores like Best Buys. The only quantity they come in is 2000 points, which costs $20. Or you can go onto the Wii Channel and order points via credit card. I think you can choose different quantities there.

I don't know how many points it costs to download Zelda, but it's probably no higher then 1500 points, which is $15. It's probably lower though.

You're not going to find the game dirt cheap LS. You're just going to have to cough up a few extra dollars, but trust me, this game is worth it.

It's not hard. It should be on your Wii Channel menu, just scroll over to it and enter. You need to connect it to your internet, and it's easier if you have wireless.

If you haven't connected your Wii to the internet yet, go under the Wii settings thing, should be on the very bottom of the menu screen, then scroll through the list until you get to Internet.

Then you shouldn't have any problems. Just hop onto the Wii Shop Channel if you've never done that.

so you have to put in a credit card number to buy from the Wii Network? and you can do this online via a computer or on the Wii right? so i can put my credit card information in the Wii Network on my computer then use those points on the actual Wii to buy the game, right?

I never did it online through the computer, I just did it once through the Wii Channel on the Wii. You can probably do both ways, but it's probably more convenient if you do it with the Wii since you'll already be on there.

Well tell me when you get it running correctly with a connection. We can exchanged Wii friend codes if you want to. They're the systems code, so that you can play online together through different games like MarioKart or Super Smash Brawl to name a few.

i think we have Mario Kart but i dont know if i have any other games that are online....aren't those Mii games online too?

Well I know that Brawl and Kart are online compatible. So is Animal Crossing...and you can interact with any of the Mii's your or I have created I think. I only made one, which is Rock Lee. Doesn't look as good as the first one, before my Wii was repaired and lost all of its data.

I don't know what you mean by Mii games. If you're talking about the Wii Sports, I don't know.

Brawl and Kart are really great games though, you should try them out.

I don't have Brawl because my mom wouldn't let us get it. And, to be honest, I'm not going to go out and buy it if I rarely use the Wii. I've only played the DS and N64 versions of Kart, I've never played the Wii version I don't think.

I think we have Animal Crossing but that's mostly my sister's game.

Maybe it's the interacting with Miis I'm thinking of. I know my friend said we could at one point but she didn't know how to get the Wii online because her dad did it. And then I never connected to her. And we have a Rock Lee too! lol, it's a tradition to have him =p. I'm almost positive my friend has him as well.

Maybe Wii Sports are compatible....I don't know...it would make sense that they are.

You're really missing out, Brawl and Melee were great games. Was never as big of a fan with Kart, but all of them were fun as well. It's so easy to connect to the Wii, you'll learn that when you actually take the time to try it.

i know but that's not to say i won't get the game at all. just not in the near future. i still have my eye on Alice, LA Noire, and Ocarina of Time. those are at the top of my list.
