2019???

The new year is upon us. We've laughed, we've loved, we've lived. Since I'm finally less busy than I was years ago when I joined this site, and since a friend and I will be roleplaying here shortly, I figure, why not post more? So what are your plans for 2019? How will you grow and improve as individuals? I'm a self-improvement junkie so I'd be able to rant all day about my plans. But I wanna hear yours.

How will you be better?

By trying to get a new job.

Nothing out of the ordinary. I'm just going to do what I keep doing. Working up the ladder of the two main jobs I do have and being reliable/dependable on the several side jobs I have. So I can save up a bunch of money and then use some of it to fix up my house. Keep working on a bunch of stories that have been WIP for a while and see if I can get started with some other ideas that have been raking around for a while.

I don't really do new year resolutions. I just keep working towards the goals I have already set in place, but just take a lot of time to see it come together.

The only reason why I feel like this New Year's I can actually do a 'fresh start' is because of my job situation lol. Otherwise, I don't usually do things on New Year's, just whenever I feel like I need to change or a change.

Didn't know you were a writer. What all do you have in your pocket? I need to get cracking on mine myself.

I wouldn't really call myself a writer. I do like to write, but I go on extended hiatuses far to much and sometimes long for me to call myself such. I still have many WIP left to keep at it and some to get started whenever I get around to them. That's about it though really. Nothing professional or anything of the sort. Just for fun when I have and take the time. Which has been a bit more difficult in the last few years due to all the work that's been needed to be done around the house and all the different jobs I have taken up.

I get what you're saying LS. My response wasn't directed towards your post. Just saying I never really give it much thought. Nothing like 'starting today I'm going to eat more healthy, do daily exercises, ect' I mean I should probably practice those more then I do as it is lol, but if I want to do something I usually do it as soon as I can instead of waiting until the new year rolls.

I think we're on the same page with this one Lee. I meant, I feel the same way about New Year's resolutions. The only reason why this year feels different is because the stars aligned in such a way that I need to make changes to my life and it just happens to wall on the new year lol

I'm also going to go out on a limb here and say you probably don't need to exercise considering all the hands on work you do lol. I, on the other hand, need to get my ass in gear lol. Thank god Pokemon Go and Theme Parks force you to walk a lot lol
