and the good news is One Piece is apparently on the way :D i checked my library card yesterday.

That's good news! Not sure if I told you or not, but I picked up the 1st One Piece box set. The one that combines the first and second sets.

Remember those stupid dvd cases we talked about and how hard they are to get the dvd out of? Well the first disc of the first box set cracked because of that damned thing. I then realized that the second disc was slightly cracked as well.

So I figured I'd buy the new set since it was really dirt cheap. And it looks like they learned their lessons as this set doesn't have those stupid slide in slots.

^ that's good. glad they learned their lesson.

and One Piece came in today woot :D

Put. It. In. Now.

*Loads and **** gun.*

i plan on watching it later.

Yeah I know, I was just kidding.

i only got to episode 2 (doing the 2 a night routine). so it's pretty good but im eagerly awaiting for the 'stuff' to really start happening with this arc.

What stuff are you talking about? You mean a bogey exploding isn't cool enough for you?

im entering the side things with that kid from the beginning. i was a little disappointed it skipped from such a badass moment to this small arc. but i like that little kid so it's okay. i meant i was waiting for more of the other arc to continue.

I'm confused, where are you? Are you one that Dragon arc still?

no, im on the princess arc. but it cut to a time where the little boy is with the marines and there's that guy that wears a bear skin on his head or whatever.

You'll notice that One Piece does that a lot. They also have a filler arc for every character, after a long arc is over.

yeah....im not sure how i feel about that yet.

People call them fillers, but they really aren't. When I think of fillers, I think of something that doesn't reveal anything of real value (or doesn't come up again)

That is where fillers of One Piece are different. You'll grow to like them probably. I haven't disliked a single filler of One Piece yet, but Naruto and other shows are a totally different story.

i dont mind the actual filler. i just think it's weird that they put it in the middle of an arc. kind of ruins the flow of the story.

There is no actual story LS, it's just one big adventure.

i meant the flow of the arc.

Oh, well I still don't think it degrades the story in any way.

well, it isn't really that kind of story where it would break the flow as you said. =p
