Randomness Core

Is this box (modem) wired or completely wireless? Like is there anywhere to plug anything in, for USB, Ethernet, and the such? If it's just a receiver box with no connections/plug-ins than you might not be able to use the Wii Wired Plug-in. You would have to use the Wifi USB Nintendo Connector.

Or you could go in the Wii menu setting for internet connections, select wireless, and than search for an access point. There's a few other search functions, which don't require any information inputting, so try them all. If they find something, they'll let you know immediately. If you know it's your provider they've found than accept it and you're good to go!

im pretty sure the box is wired...yeah it is because you have to connect the wireless box to the modem because the modem doesn't come with wireless on its own for some stupid reason. it's like an extension.

the Wii should be able to pick up the signal because it's just a few feet away from the wireless box. i just didn't know the Wii could potentially use wifi.

I connected my Wii to the internet. just so everyone knows.
