So when he got home she was done her dirty buisness with no one to notice because no one was at home! Then when he came back with an angry mob, he was out in the open...red handed!

There are a number of flaws to your theory. First of all, if Ryuzaki became homeless as a result of the house burning down, Kazuya wouldn't let him in anyway. So, Kazuya could burn the house down for all he cared and it would be better for him because homelessness gives him a reason to say no to Ryuzaki x Ai because Ryuzaki wouldn't be able to support Ai.

Ai isn't that much of a stalker. She'll follow someone around if they're in the proximity but she won't try to figure out where they live. That takes too much effort =p.
