Even I'm not that gullible to fall for that. They're not cousins unless you make them cousins. Neither of her parents have siblings anyway so I don't really see how this is possible.

I do not label every person I meet as a brother! And I only have two!

Considering all the characters we've met so far, that really isn't that many. But then again, Ai didn't get close to anyone because she was too fixated on Ryuzaki.
