How we can get rank bender? There have some template or something?

PS. Forum is great, but you need some beter design, if you want I can try somnething when I will have time.

You start off as a non-bender, and then several posts later switch to bender, waterbender...earth...fire...and then finally Avatar when you reach a certain post count.
