there has to be a way to submit it. i mean, im almost positive ive seen flash files on tumblr....

never mind, turns out ive only seen flash files converted to gifs....

well, if the painting thing comes around tumblr again, i'll let you know what it is exactly. because that lets you play a game but i dont know how it works.
