I really just want to know what is going on but I have a feeling that when this battle ends, everyone's going to be like 'that was weird' with no conclusive discoveries being made XD.

If only we could post more actively we could continue with the interesting parts...the longer we have to prolong it...the more older and boring it gets, until the plots are forgotten or no one really cares.

^ well, to be fair, i just don't like rping battles. i like reading and watching them but rping them is a different story. because i suck at actually writing battles XD.

Well Roister doesn't have much else going for him lol...his bio all leans on his strategies.

which is what ends up making the story well balanced. we have someone into drama, action, comedy, etc. so it all works out XD.

Well it's also the fusions that make it an orderly balance as well. Like Lee and Ai have some humorous parts together, but if you take either out of it, it isn't the type of humor it was once before.

So I've started editing the next chapter...and when I was reading over certain parts some things you all did with your character confused me. I don't know what you were trying to mean...so when I get to those certain parts I might be asking you a lot of questions, just so I don't mess the story up.

It probably won't be for a while since I haven't gotten even close to where it was. I think I'm going to redo a lot of the first battle, just so it's more tense.

Yup I edited it up completely. It's no longer so quirky and weird. I just did it that way in the beginning to have some humor in the tension...especially for the real tension that was to happen when everything hit the fan.

i cant wait for humor.

There's not much humor added in this one, I guess there's some in the beginning and then a tad tiny bit during the middle. You'll see when you read it.

Okay, my comments:

-I liked the thing about Kozue finding Itachi.
-the battle was interesting and considering i didnt really remember any of it even before i read the chapter, i was entertained XD.
-i liked everyone's reactions to the battle and before the tournament even started.
-for some reason, this chapter made me wonder how Ryuzaki would react to Ai's newer personality. i dont know why, it just did.

and, speaking of Ai, i have grown a new respect for her. and it has absolutely nothing to do with this chapter. i mean, we thought Ai was bad following Ryuzaki around like a lost puppy, just wait until you see Scarlett from 'Gone with the Wind'. my god, she makes Ai look like a saint! as soon as i saw her come on screen and she started throwing herself at this guy i was like 'omg it's Ai!'. but Scarlett's behavior was much worse than Ai's. much...much worse.

What could this Scarlet do that's worst then keeping a secret and not do anything as someone is planning to kill another person? Does she actually kill someone in his name, cause then yeah she's snapped.

I knew I wanted to add more to Kozue and this is just the start. More will be revealed in the next chapter because it basically revolves around her.

Haru always said Kozue found Itachi, but never went in depth with it. She's poor and the empty bag symbolizes that. Itachi eased the pain she felt.

It was much more weird and quirky...can't quite explain it any other way. At times The Boulder and Hippo would be formidable and then they would be a bunch of goofs. I did that solely because of the serious events that were awaiting everyone further down in the Tournament Ends section.

Now with this edit, I made them not only formidable, but with a lot of advantages. I did so to display Ryuzaki's own strength. If he could take out them with such ease without bending, it just shows how good he is, not how bad they are.

It also showed how horrible Ai was as a fighter. She just realized it after the match ended and was ashamed of it. She blew off Lee earlier to train when she probably should hadn't. Of course I plan somethings with this part further down in the later chapters.

I wanted to give the citizens some life instead of just the contestants so it seemed like a town full of people instead of some deserted place.

I also showed most of the contestants train early in the morning, we all know Lee fits in that category, he's just sleeping now.

I mainly did it to show how determined they were and how undetermined others like Ai and Kozue were. They all did other things on their free time instead of train. That wasn't the only reason however. Ryuzaki didn't train at all, yet he was able to finish his match without much problems.

I also added many different references in this chapter as well, some most of you probably won't recongize.
