the flooding is under control now.

and i did get to watch One Piece and while I like Ace and even though it was the same VA as Mustang, I was merely gushing over Mustang when I first heard him because Travis doesn't use the same 'voice' as Mustang for Ace. either that or he did for that one snip it and then found a voice for Ace. either way, I still like Sanji best XD

I hardly ever find myself liking the entire cast of a series, but for One Piece, I loved them all.

there's usually something i like about all the characters for a lot of casts. but i always have a favorite or two...or three...

I don't find myself picking favorites in this series. I like them all the same in a good way.

I am now on where they started airing the episodes on tv before it got taken off. im just guessing cause its the Vic opening :D

im on the next box set. i just finished this one tonight.

so Croc just came as they were getting ready to blow up the palace. and he has the King kidnapped.

i really like the King. and i love the rebel leader (starts with a C or K, can't remember the full name but it somehow reminds me of Kovu from Lion King 2). and im not saying that cause he's voiced by Todd or anything :p

i also thought Sanji was particularly badass in these latest episodes.

Before you know it, you'll be where I am lol. They're still trying to get the rights for the next season, but Toei is being money hungry.

I wish all these freaking companies would stop thinking about themselves sometimes and think about those who actually matter, their customers.

^ if i go through this entire series and have to end because of a company being greedy, im going to be pissed.

It might be that way. I've been hunting some information, all around. Funimation is trying to constantly negotiate for the episodes, but I'm assuming Toei is either asking for too much money, refusing, or being uncooperative.

i haven't looked into it so i have no idea.

oh, i also watched Durarara today where Isaac and Miria from Baccano! make a cameo and it wasn't even the same voices! Really, it was so disappointing.

They're releasing larger and cheaper boxsets though. I'm guessing they're going to release these boxsets until they get to where we left off and continue onwards.

I wouldn't mind that, if they would release them closer in between...

right but you also have to think economically speaking, the fact that all the box sets are released one right after the other might overwhelm some people.

I don't care about them! Let their fragile egos shatter as the sets are released. At least I'll have my next volume!

^ and then Funimation will make no money and have to close down for the sake of your boxset being released early.

I want the next boxset. It's lame, they could had ended the arc that they left off of with one episode. But nope they decided to add it to the next, which they aren't getting to.

yeah, that's lame but that's how they make their money :p
