!!!! my rib!!!!

i cant get over this , i fractured my rib!!! it really hurts!. and its been like this since saturday and i couldnt tell only when i went for a jog did i fall over with pain . the doctor said i am a twit for not realsiing as i may also have a fractured lung < ddint know youcould get that. he said to take it easy.

so has anyone ever broken something before ? or fractured bruised ETC.

Ouch! That sounds painful! So are you alright now? Take your doc's advice, don't overdo it, you only have one life and then it's game over.

Do you have an idea when it might of been damaged? I mean, something like that, I'd think you would at least feel somewhere along the line.

Then again someone I knew had an infection spreading inside their body, and it wasn't until it was noticeable and they felt it, that it was too late. Bodies don't have a service light that pops up when something is amiss, so if you think something is wrong, or have an abnormal effect, it's best to seek medical attention.

There's nothing more stupid then pushing it aside and thinking it will get better. Many people have that mindset which can lead to their deaths.

I've never broken any part of me, but I have had my head crack open. It wasn't too extreme, but it was bleeding like crazy.
