Star Wars rp!!!

I just noticed this thread and thought there should be an online free star wars rpg. It'll be origanal trillogy. Who's in?

Could I be one of the Clone Troopers? I think their costumes are cool.

i was thinking origenal trilogy, but i'll swing either way. (might even do an old republic setting.)

Well you should come up with some sort of story. Give it a setting. A reason for people to RP.

well i was hopin for some input first. (no need to waste time makeing a story you won't like.)
HERE ARE THE CHOICES:
Original trilogy: you will be a rebel or imperial fighting in the epic galactic civil war. (note there will be a limit if any jedis in this setting
The Prequals: you will be inlisted in the clone wars as a clone, droid, jedi, sith, or bounty hunter. (perhaps a politician if you don't want to be huge on the fighting.
Knight of the old republic: play thousands of years before the movies in the jedi civil wars, or against the evil sith empire.

I will choose any. Whichever gets the most votes I will RP in anyway.

my vote would be original trilogy, because jedi can get over powering, though if i had to choose a second i would go kotor, becuase there's a lot you can do with it.

*Pulls out grenade, throws pin, and grenade kills self*

i never followed the star wars storyline, so i'm going to sit this rp out.

WHAAAATTTT!!! rent the origenal trilogy NOW! then move on to prequals, THEN buy/rent as many sw related video games & books as you can find.

But seriously you should at least watch one or two. they're great movies if you get into them.

im game for any RP. though i am ignorant to star-wars logic etc...jedis have pretty coloured sabers and the sith are pale with red right? well il try to play along :P.

cool. Actually it really doesn't matter if you know or not. You simply learn over the corse of the game. Like the movies. Only question now is which era to play in. Basically pick between original trilogy, (the movies) or the old republic (thousands of years before the movies, though jedi, sith, space ship, and the whole thing are there except simpler looking.)

Since we have so few "hardcore" star war fans here. Why don't we just make this into a every series theme. TOR, NewHope, and CloneWars? Does that sound good? Just use people or something from those time lines and make a story to go with it.

Well the problem lies in the fact that the basic story can lean either way at this point....
