Very cool. This very well can't be the same person who hides from reenactors and others, especially when they carried thirty pound of gear through a blistering day of July.

Well, it WAS Goofy :p

I'll be sure to have Goofy dress in full Civil War gear for the next reenactment.

Okay cool cause Goofy always has the best costumes when he and his buds dress up. Just saying.

So...I think I get complimentary tickets to get into the Disney Parks and I have to use them before 2015....

I don't know, apparently all cast members get complimentary tickets into the park. I guess it's for if you have a special event going on and want to invite more than 3 people into the park or like you need more than 16 times to let someone into the park or something. The thing is, because we're College Program, getting the complimentary tickets is something Disney doesn't like to tell us apparently. But luckily someone who did the College Program before knew about this little trickery and is in the process of finding out how to get them for us.

Because the people that chose to still work there have their complimentary tickets that are dated December 25/26th i.e. when everyone was still working there. Which means we should have ours in the system as well.

Oh I see. Well you still might not get those, if you can't get Disney to get its cold steel clamp off of it.

They're emailing them to me either later today or tomorrow morning :) and people have already gotten theirs emailed to them.

So I'm going to get them. If they don't come by tomorrow afternoon then I'm going to call again and just tell them to mail it to me.

Oh well that's good! So you get to take more then one person with these tickets?

No, from my understanding, there's only two.

So you get two tickets to do whatever you want with them. Each ticket is good for one day.

But two is better than none :p Hell I would have been satisfied with just one to be honest.

Well if you're going to be going over to California for Disney, it's better to have more than one day.

There's other things to do in that area besides Disney though. So, if I went with someone, we could do Disney for 1 day and then something else for another and do like a mini-vacation thing.

Or I could just go by myself for 2 days.

OR I could do a mini-vacation with someone and have that other part of the vacation be San Diego Comic Con.

Really, it depends on what the expiration date is and if I find a job soon. I don't think I have to worry because I'm pretty sure the other person's said it was good until December 2015. So, that's like two years. plenty of time.

That's what I was thinking, spend some time at Disney and then the comic-con. And maybe some other things. I'm sure there's a water park there or something.

Actually, there isn't. But there is the beach. and Universal Studios isn't that far either.

The problem with the Comic Con idea is that if I did that I'd probably be Hans Soloing it anyway because I don't think my friend would go to Comic Con with me. And there's no one else I would really take...mostly because I don't think anyone I know is willing to pay for the flight, hotel, and comic con ticket.

I could do a reunion with the tickets and meet some of my friends from the College Program. This way we're all there for two days together. That could work to.

I like the Comic Con idea the best though. I just don't think it's feasible at the moment.

It doesn't help that I have to keep these complimentary tickets on the down low because my mom for some reason has a god damn issue with the fact I have complimentary tickets.

You're an adult now LS, you can do what you want to with those tickets.

I think the problem is, she just assumed I was going to run to Disneyland as soon as I got them. Like, no, I need to plan this **** out and make sure I go where I'm getting it for all it's worth :p

But, I do agree that I need a job before I can plan this trip at the very least. Even if it's just part time because I need some income to pay for my loans and I won't feel satisfied if I spent that much amount of money when I still don't have a job.

Problem is, I think my mom thinks I'm a god damn idiot or something and I don't take time to plan and think about these things. Pretty sure I'm going to have a job in two years just saying. I better have at least one anyway. Worst case scenario, I'll just be back in California and I'll give the comp tickets to someone else who will appreciate it.

Worst case I hope is that you would sell them to someone.
