Early suggestions

How does it look without the sky design? Don't worry about the color, just look at it for what it is without the images. Better? Not as overwhelming? Bad?

What color would you suggest? Even if that means getting rid of the blue box colors as well.

well i would think you would keep it a blue to match the banner.

yeah that works. but i wouldn't have the white with it.

Yeah it can be a confusing mess sometimes. Especially because if you click something wrong, then the whole forum might freak out.

Right. the only website thing ive had to do was in dreamweaver.

Still Dream Weaver allows you to work with most of it freely. It's kind of set in stone with where things go, unless you know coding.

Also whenever you come on, just look around. If you see something that could be replaced or possibly tweaked more let me know.

Even if it is something as insignificant as having something centered in the forum or whatever. Not like I can fix them all with the wave of a wand, but I can get to it eventually.

if you're going to have white going through the top where the buttons are, the gradient for the buttons shouldn't have white at the bottom.

I'm not, I'm waiting on the support to answer a question of mine. I just wish they would post a coding list of all the names. Would make things so much easier, don't worry, I don't expect for you to know what I'm talking about.

About the banner, not the forum colors. I can worry about that stuff later.

it's too blurry. is there anyway to make the images less blurry?

also, it might look better if you make it so that rather than it being all the different colors in each image clashing, it's all one 'tone'....im trying to think of a way to better to describe it.

like, the images are still the images but they're just a different color...in film it's called a tint. i don't know if that helps.

Well this took me several days to work on, because I'm pretty limited with what I can do. I'll just scrap it and go back to the other one, if you think it's not good.

no, i think it's good but is there anyway to make it less blurry? that's really the only main concern i have. if it's the images themselves that you found that were blurry, you can use ASN's database of images for making a banner.

the tinting thing was just an idea and i don't know how to do it or how they did it. ive just seen it before.

Well I tried something. Instead of giving them a cleaner crisp feel, I gave it that comic book esque style. I always liked the gritty art.

Yeah I do to. I don't know why, but I've always been a sucker for dirtier and gritty art/animation.

that and it isn't blurry. though i definitely suggest getting rid of the light blue color scheme now that it's grittier.
