You have to tell us what happens during the contest! I'd like to know.

oh you'll know. im already wondering if im going to have to rant about it because more than half the videos didn't follow the rules. and if one of those videos wins, you be im going to be annoyed =p.

Well you can always write them a very professional letter, letting them know they judged wrong or whatever if that was to happen. Rules are meant to be followed.

yeah but they have in their set of rules that they have the right to change the rules at any given time. i would think though that means they have to contact the people who entered and tell them they changed the rules. but who knows.

but yeah, if it's like where a majority finalists essentially broke the rules then i will write a letter. i mean, i have a feeling more than half of the entrants didn't even read the full rules and that's why they broke them.

Most people don't read, which should be their downfall, but they'll probably let them in.

i dont know if they legally can. the two rules people keep breaking are going over the time limit and they're using copyrighted material. and since the company holding the contest wants to use the winners for commercial purposes, i dont think they can legally accept entries that have copyrighted stuff in it. but that's just from my understanding of it all. who knows.

Well places for showing art, like DeviantArt for example, and other artist sites don't really discipline their members for showing art that isn't there's and saying it is there's. I always get annoyed at that.

they do discipline if someone complains about it. i hope funimation is going to be more like Youtube when it comes to this contest and not really let that stuff fly. like i said, i dont think they can legally do that without possibly getting sued themselves.

Well here's hoping. I just know when I go onto DA, there's always someone who uploads stuff that's not even there's. "Hey look at this funny thing!" or something like that. No sources, nothing. It just pisses me off and contradicts what DA should be about. It's a place to host your art, not another persons. Then people just give them nice comments galore and favorite it. It's stupid.

I also hate logging in there and going "Oh hey I got some messages. Nice they are comments!"

Llama badges are just making DA into less of what it should be even more. It's a huge popularity contest where art, constructive criticism, and talent aren't welcomed.

I saw Toy Story 3 on Tuesday. just thought id share XD. but im not going to say anything about it until the people that really want to see it see it ^_^

That's good, cause I still want to see it. I haven't had the time with my illness yet, but I'm hoping I can make plans this weekend.

My family is really behind on movies... we haven't seen the newest Shrek, How to Train your Dragon, Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs, the Bee movie, as well as a lot of others. I think it took us 7 years to get around to watching Robots.

I don't think I'm going to get the chance to see Toy Story 3 soon

Sounds like you and I have the same problem. It takes me years to get around to seeing a movie. I didn't see Spiderman 3 until fall of 2008. Not that much of a time difference, but there's one's that are longer away.

i used to be behind on movies until they gave out discounts if you have the optimum triple play. now we see movies often and thats the only reason why XD. thank you optimum!

I think I might see Toy Story 3 next weekend, during the 4th, and then right after that Avatar! Or Last Airbender, cause Cameron was too much of a loser to let Night use that one freaking word in his movie.
